Btw guys, this is not BS. These guys train to the extreme depths and only use what they are taught in extreme measures. They dont kick off with someone for no reason, only when someone is provoking them. Boy it looks good. But the thing is, im not too fond of Kung fu itself

I think JET LI is so fake in his movies. Jackie chan was much real. Jet li is like a SCI FI martial artists.

I told my mom to send me to the Shaolin School when I saw a live Monk in action. That was years ago, but these guys are perhaps the most lethal fighters. They go beyond the boundaries of human endurance and potential. My Respect.

So very true. I could say they are the only guys that could put their martial arts to effect on streets

Monks are amazing people, I saw a show about them where it shows them breaking rocks with their bare hands; without injuring themselves of course.

They dont walk, they run.
Running gives you forward
momentum. Its like the
"death circle" with those
bikes in a big cylender
which ride horizontally
on the walls.

Dude, Jet Li was five time National Champion, he was unbeatable 'til he retired from tournaments & went into movie industry in early 80's.

Jet Li is a true Martial Artist master.
I saw him perform when I was a little kid, that dude is good. BTW, he's a resident in my City, Arcadia California USA.

they can run a much longer time on the wall than nomal ppl do.
There is a kind of KongFu we call it "TsingKong" or "QingGong", it can reduce ur weight greatly. I have seen an old man stood on a piece of glass and the glass was on 4 balloons.
I think walking on the wall is some kind of ShaoLin style "TsingKong".

I used to do Mu Thai and found it the easiest for me, also very cheap no expensive gear to purchase just shorts are enough.
