All these swirling dots in this picture are Galaxies; each Galaxy has Billions of Stars (like our Sun) in it and there are Billions of such Galaxies.

Total number of these Stars (like our Sun) number more than 10 times than the total (estimated) number of Sand Particles on our Planet Earth.

Next time you go to beach, pick a handful of sand and try to count the number of Sand Particles in your hand and then imagine all the sand particles on our Planet!

Each such star may have planets revolving around it with the proper conditions for life to exist. Still we the humans have time to fight over our petty differences and we consider ourselves intelligent!
