so basically i end up learning everything about my computer and never have to call them again

btw you can call microsoft and even if its not their stuff, if your luckly and get an guy from the good ol us of a, they you get some pretty good support

I actually never had a bad experience with Indian Tech. Support. Being in IT myself I usually don't have a need to call but last year when I had to reset my Wireless Base Station and needed some administrative info, they were very helpful.

I fukin had a 3G contract phone n had problems all the time. N funny enough i was always talking about india n pakistan cos the guys knew fuk all about wots going on.
