Who are we, the People of Pakistan?
we are Punjabis, Pathaans, Balochis, Sindhis, Saraiki's, Peshawari's, Brahvis, Kashmiri's, Urdu speaking, and Gujratis...

The purpose of opening this thread is to have an essense of and to preserve the legacy of our regional cultural heritage. the title of this thread means "Son of the land". After living far from Pakistan I feel much attracted to these simple, and often ridiculed folk songs, or songs in the regional languages of Pakistan.
