Either that is good memorizing...or they're from the middle/upper middle class
Kids from a middle class compound walk out in ghetto clothes and start walking up to strangers for money...especially foreign-raised Pakistanis. There was this one little girl aged 5 who followed me 300 metres before I gave her 100 RS to stop following me. The next day I found out that little girl was the kid of a cousin who lives in the same complex (who also owns a new Civic and wears tailored Western-style cothing BTW)...the little one even knows English too...
Though I wouldn't want to deal with little kids calling me a nigger.

They are NOT beggers but "Phool Farosh" i.e. FLower Sellers
Altough their selling practices are not exactly ethical ... but then again neither was Enron/Nawaz/Musharaf etc. So ... why the commotion? because they don't come in fancy Suites?

I don't think they know what they are saying, and probably learned these words from a movie/song. I've seen many such examples myself, in Pakistan, but never any this meticulous.
