My friend intend opening a Pakistani milk tea house in Beijing,I goodlooking the trade too,but my friend is Chinese and donot know much about Pakistani styles of cooking.
Have anyone help him which introing Pakistani styles of cooking? Please. thanks everyone

i think its best to hire a pakistani chef from pakistan to give the authentic flavour of many different products, thats the best way. i dont know the immigration rules in china, but here in the uk it is pretty easy to import foreign chefs.

so my friend intend visist Pakistan,me too.
the dish are eternal resource ,the Pakistani and indian dish are untapped in China

I live in London, we have cuisine from all over the world, if you want a great Pakistani tea house you need to hire experienced Pakistanis to make it. They will introduce you to more than just tea.

ps If you go to Pakistan, try to visit Restaurant called Bhundu Khan in Lahore. Try the Chicken Shashlik, you might like it, its a mixture of Chinese cooking and Pakistani.
